The Role: Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated CPA – or someone on the verge of becoming one – to join our collaborative, fast-paced team in a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, leading files with confidence, and mentoring junior staff.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and review working paper files for audits, review engagements, and compilations (NTRs)
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and tax filings
  • Lead client engagements and ensure deadlines are met with quality results
  • Support tax planning and compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and help guide junior accountants
  • Leverage tools like TaxPrep and CCH (experience an asset, but not required)
What We’re Looking For
  • CPA designation (or near completion)
  • Experience in public accounting
  • Strong communication skills and client-first mindset
  • A desire to grow your career in a people-first environment
