We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our firm.

Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support in an effective and efficient manner.
Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with iFirm and Taxprep considered an asset
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and follow up effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
- Strict attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing varied tasks and meeting multiple, and sometimes competing, deadlines
Responsibilities
- Process various documents and other client deliverables for both in-person and virtual meetings
- Ensure grammatical and mathematical accuracy in all client deliverables
- Assist with the electronic filing and tracking of various tax filings, including T1, T2, T3, and T4/T5, in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency filing deadlines
- Provide word-processing and administrative support, including type checking, proofreading letters, photocopying, and scanning
- Organize and maintain secure digital and physical filing systems
- Provide partner support
- Perform other duties as required
Compensation and Benefits
Fitzpatrick & Co. values its employees and offers a strong compensation and benefits package, including RRSP matching, wellness benefits, maternity leave top-up, and a flexible working environment. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
